Lets Celebrate Immersion Day
We had an exciting start to the Autumn term: From the beginning we were fully immersed in our topic 'Lets Celebrate' with lots of exciting activities set up in the school from dances and samba music to mask making and investigation.
We were also extremely lucky to go on a school trip right at the beginning of the term too! We went on an open top bus tour of our wonderful city of Cardiff. This gave us lots of ideas along with the ones that we already had from our immersion day to think of contexts to learn the skills on the skills map.

Bute Tunnel Scream!
We were tasked with the challenge of screaming all of the way through the Bute Tunnels. Mr Crocker didn't believe that we could do it. We proved him wrong!
